William E. (Bill) Stell Our Dad, PawPaw, Uncle, Cousin, and friend passed away on Monday, January 11, 2021, at the age of 81 years, 3 weeks and 5 days. He was born in Houston, Texas on December 16, 1939 to Jesse and Mary V. (McMahon) Stell. Billy spent most of his life in Houston's East End, where he went to school, met and married the love of his life, Fannie (ToTo) Stell and raised their boys. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and a 4th Degree Knights of Columbus. Bill worked in the valve industry for many years, beginning at Elliott Valve and at one time owned his own company, Port City Valve for several years. Bill, always smiling, never met a stranger, he loved life and family and rarely missed any event he was invited to. Bill is predeceased by his wife, ToTo, his parents and was the last surviving sibling of his family. He is survived by his sons, Scotty and Tom and wife Shelly, his two grandchildren, Wes and Casey and one great-grandson, Axel, born two days prior to his passing. Funeral arrangements: Visitation at Morales Funeral Home, 2901 Canal Street, Thursday, January 21st, 4-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be Saturday 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 7250 Harrisburg Blvd. Cremation will take place at a later date. For the safety of all guests, gatherings at our facility will be limited to 60 family members and guests. Individuals at increased risk, sick or not feeling well should not attend the service.
