    January 24, 1952 - February 25, 2022

    Jose Paz Martinez Valenciano, age 70 of Montgomery entered into eternal rest on February 25, 2022. He was born on January 24, 1952 to Armando Martinez in Mexico. Jose was a great father and grandfather. Very humble and easy to talk to. Could have the longest conversations with everyone he would meet. Definitely made us laugh and he had the most contagious laugh. He had some funny things that he said but those who knows KNOWS ☺ *memorable laugh. Jose is preceded in death by Sister, Tomasa Martinez Garza, Father, Armando Martinez and Brother, Maximo Martinez. He is survived by Wife, Stella Martinez; Three Daughters, April Martinez Hernandez, Melinda Star Martinez, Marcella Stella Martinez; Son, Jose Martinez; Thirteen Grandkids and Three Great-grandkids. Visitation will be held Friday, March 4, 2022, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Felix H. Morales Funeral Home, Houston, Texas. A memorial sharing will begin at 6:00 pm. Cremation will take place at a later date. Jose fue un gran padre y abuelo. Muy humilde y muy facil conversar con el. Podría tener las conversaciones más largas con todos los que conocia. Definitivamente nos hizo reír y tenía la risa más contagiosa. Tenía algunas cosas graciosas que decía pero el que sabe SABE ☺ *risa memorable. José es precedido en la muerte por su Hermana, Tomasa Martínez Garza, Padre, Armando Martínez y Hermano, Maximo Martínez. Le sobreviven su esposa, Stella Martinez; Tres Hijas, April Martinez Hernandez, Melinda Star Martinez, Marcella Stella Martinez; Hijo, Jose Martínez; Trece Nietos y Tres Bisnietos. El velorio se llevará a cabo el viernes 4 de marzo de 2022, de 4:00 p. m. a 8:00 p. m. en Felix H. Morales Funeral Home, Houston, Texas. Un intercambio conmemorativo comenzará a las 6:00 pm. La cremación tomara lugar en una fecha posterior. Las personas con mayor riesgo, enfermas o que no se sienten bien no deben asistir al servicio.
