    John E. "Juanio" Salinas

    September 12, 1966 - January 27, 2021

John E. "Juanio" Salinas, age 54 of Houston entered into eternal rest on January 27, 2021. He was born on September 12, 1966 to Joe Salinas and Mary Mireles in Houston, TX. "John 'Juanio' was one of a kind, with a big heart, always there for any one in need, to his sisters, brother, family and friends. It was rare to see him angry, always had a smile on his face. He was pretty funny, if you tried to tell him something to benefit him, he would always respond with, "don't worry, be happy". If you would tell him something that he didn't believe he would say, "April fool." He loved his family and friends who most of them were more like family. If you were a really close guy friend he would call them "fruity. Juanio you will truly be missed. We love you! Till we meet again." John is preceded in death by Father, Joe V. Salinas, Jr., Mother, Mary Louise Mireles, Brother, David A. Talamantez. He is survived by, Step-Mom, Miriam Salinas; Three Sisters, Debra A. Vargas, Kathy A. Talamantez, Erika Y. Delzell (Mark); Two Brothers, Joe T. Salinas, Miguel O. Menjivar (Claudia); Six Nieces, Alice M. Salinas, Jasmin Menjivar, Justin Menjivar, Delilah Delzell, Starr Talamantez, Brianna Salinas; Five Nephews, Adrian D. Salinas, Adrian Vargas, Joel, PJ, and Jason. There will be a service for immediate family members only. The family asks that you to join the live-stream beginning at 10:00 am on Monday, February 08, 2021. For the safety of all guests, gatherings at our facility will be limited to 60 family members and guests. Individuals at increased risk, sick or not feeling well should not attend the service.
