Francis R. DeLeon, age 88 of Houston entered into eternal rest on March 23, 2022. She was born on January 6, 1934 to Genaro and Francisca Ramos in Houston, TX. Francis is preceded in death by her Father, Genaro Ramos, Mother, Francisca Ramos, Husband, Francisco DeLeon, Son, Freddy DeLeon. She is survived by; Four Sons, Roy Marquez (Carmen), Frank Jr. DeLeon, Joe DeLeon, Rudy DeLeon (Ana); Five Daughters, Stella Marquez, Olga D. Blanco, Adele Martinez, Norma Reyes (Ben Reyes Jr.), Oralia Gonzalez (Arnold); Sister, Janie Ramos; Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren. The family would like to give special thanks to Nieces Teresa Zarate and Ana (Nana) Zarate. Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 6, 2022, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Felix H. Morales Funeral Home, Houston, Texas with a Rosary beginning at 6:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2022, 9:30 am at Felix H. Morales Funeral Home. Rite of Committal will follow at Houston National Cemetery. Family and Friends are invited to a reception in honor of Mrs. DeLeon following the burial from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm at the American Legion Harrisburg Post 472 located on 7599 Avenue C, Houston, TX 77012.
