Cristina Muniz, age 40 of Houston entered into eternal rest on June 14, 2021. She was born on September 10, 1980 to Daniel Muniz and Maria Gonzales in Houston, Texas. Cristina is preceded in death by Daughter, Leila Maldonado, Grandfather, Cresensio Rodriguez, Aunt, Hilda Sanchez, Great-grandmother, Conchita Medeles, and Cousin, Steven Rodriguez. She is survived by Grandmother, Maria Del-Carmen Rodriguez; Godfather/Uncle, Alejandro Rodriguez; Uncle, Hector Rodriguez; Aunts, Rosa Valadez, Leticia Rubio; Cousins, Patricia Tijerina, Sonia Sanchez, John Rodrigez, Vanessa Rodriguez; Mother, Maria Gonzales; Step-Father, David Ortiz; Sister, Briana Rubio; and Daughter, Bella Maldonado. Visitation will be held Monday, June 28, 2021, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Felix H. Morales Funeral Home, Houston, Texas. A Rosary will begin at 6:00 pm. Cremation will take place at a later date.
