    Charlesetta Cadoree

    May 14, 1957 - May 9, 2022

    Charlesetta Marie Cadoree was born to Charles and Ethel Bladen on May 14, 1957. Marie was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses over 40 years ago and was a faithful servant when she passed away on May 9, 2022 in Houston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Ethel Bladen, brother, Thomas Bladen and her grandchildren, Zachary Cadoree and Adrianna Thomas. Marie is survived by her children, Nekooshia Richardson (Jim), Ricky Cadoree (Erica), Jarvis Cadoree (Catasia), Herman Cadoree (Lauren), and Sherrie Cadoree. She was also a devoted grandmother to Adrine, Lovely, Lou, Brittney, Di'Oshina, Jordan, Jahmal, Jacob, Ebony, Cali, Herman, Hermione, Larry, Anthony, Taylre, and Chase. She will be sadly missed by a host of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, relatives, family and friends. Marie grew up in the Third Ward Community where she met and married Ricardo Cadoree. She was a very hard-working wife and mother. Marie was a passionate reader that loved to write poetry. She enjoyed listening to good music, especially Prince and Luther Vandross. Marie was a social butterfly that loved to travel, including visiting amusement parks and cruises. She was also known to be a happy person that loved animals, especially cats. Marie will always be remembered for her spirit and generosity. Her warm smile and sunny personality had the ability to make total strangers feel like they were lifelong friends. However you knew Marie - mother, grandmother, aunt, friend or coworker, she made you feel loved and cherished. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 14, 2022, 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm at Felix H. Morales Funeral Home, Houston, Texas.
